Saving help and feedback

Where is my work saved?

Signed-in learning: Original answers, notes and review sessions belong to the selected profile. Only a server acknowledgement means saved.
Signed-out learning: Device records stay in this browser when a trustworthy signed-out context is available. If it is unavailable, new review results are session-only.
Practice plans and runs: Device documents for the trusted profile or permitted signed-out context. Signing in does not synchronize them between devices. Export a plan separately; run timing never edits the source plan.

If saving fails, keep the tab open, export work and follow the account controls. Never assume a different profile’s data is your own.

Review the public context before copying it. Nothing is sent automatically; private names, notes, scores and account details are excluded.
