Rules and sources
Modules cite Little League International's Official Regulations and Playing Rules, MLB and USA Baseball Pitch Smart, and the ASMI position statement for adolescent pitchers.
Where a rule is set locally rather than nationally—mandatory play, re-entry, and substitution in particular—the module says so instead of asserting a universal answer. Verify those against your league's adopted local rules.
